Data collection is managed through WiFi-enabled,off-the-shelf Android® tablets to keep it simple and affordable. By capturing all production data instantly as it occurs, IP RealTime empowers supervisors and managers to quickly track order status, monitor individual and team productivity, resolve quality issues, manage off-standard events, better balance production lines and more.
IP-Realtime can run either as a standalone application or integrated with your ERP, engineering, or other systems. IPE solutions plug the ‘shop floor hole’ in ERP by handling order control and piecework payroll information (where used) and reporting. Either way, you will gain a wealth of shop floor information and management control.
This module houses Base Rate, Operation, & Style libraries; allows setup of colors and sizes (up to eight 'dimensions' in total); and allows creation of Cuts/Bundles.
This module collects and stores daily transactions from the Shopfloor real-time system utilizing wireless Android tablets. This module also allows the set-up of base tables such as Employees, Departments, Teams, Shifts, Pay Codes (Off Standard codes), Training Curves, etc. The wireless tablet infrastructure is easy to install. QR codes are used to capture data on bundles that are worked on. The real-time system allows immediate operator feedback, so they can pace themselves individually or as a team. The tablet also provides information on what work orders are being manufactured.
This module calculates individual or team employee gross payroll based on the local rules of the country and also sends the payroll calculations to a 3rd party payroll processor (ADP, PayChex, Performance Payroll, etc.). The module also calculates employee averages (2 user defined) and tracks employees along defined training curves. Direct and indirect labor costs are also calculated and reported.
This module allows graphical design and printing of product care labels. CarePro is completely integrated with the ticket printing module. So when a cut is defined in IP, product care labels can then be automatically printed for production orders.
